Naming Opportunities
The Palo Alto Museum is housed in the 1932 Roth Building — a masterwork by architect Birge Clark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.Â
A limited number of naming opportunities are available for donors to become a lasting part of that story. Available spaces include interior galleries, the main hall, and the exterior patio and colonnade. Naming investments for building spaces start at $250,000.Â
Program naming and sponsorships are also available — add your name to the speaker series, education programs, cultural performances, and community gatherings that combined will reach thousands of people every year.

COMMEMORATIVE BRICKS
The Homer Courtyard is the Museum’s main entrance — a timeless outdoor gathering space framed by the landmark Birge Clark building, historic Victor Arnautoff frescoes, a majestic oak, and vintage camellias. The Bryant Patio marks the Education entrance and serves as a place for gathering and relaxing, tucked between our historic Roth Building and Heritage Park.
Engrave a commemorative brick to place in either location. Choose a name, a date, a dedication, or a favorite quote that will be part of the Museum campus for every visitor, for generations to come.
Donor Recognition
Every gift matters — and every donor is recognized.
Gifts of $300 and above are listed in our annual report and on our website donor listing, where your support is visible to the broader community year-round. Gifts of $1,000–$99,999 are also featured on our digital donor screen in the Museum, updated annually for the current fiscal year. Cumulative gifts of $100,000 and above receive permanent recognition on our Donor Wall in the main hall.
Donors who give before our April 2027 opening are recognized as founding donors.

Check: Make check payable to Palo Alto Museum and mail to PO Box 676, Palo Alto, CA 94302. Please include your email address in the memo field.
Wire transfer: Contact us at give@paloaltomuseum.org for ACH routing details.
Stock and securities: Contribute appreciated assets — we’re happy to walk you through the transfer process.
Donor-Advised Funds: Make a gift through your DAF for flexibility and potential tax benefits.
Legacy and planned giving: Include the Museum in your will, or name us as a beneficiary of a trust, life insurance policy, or retirement account.
Endowment gifts: Provide lasting support that sustains the Museum’s mission for generations.
